We are seeking a skilled Drama Teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives and help them develop their confidence, communication skills, and appreciation for the performing arts.
Job Summary:
As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and educational drama lessons. You will also direct and produce school plays and performances, showcasing student talent.
About the Role:
- Teach students across Key Stages 3 to 5
- Direct and produce school plays and performances
- Inspire students to appreciate and participate in the performing arts
- Assess and record student progress and provide feedback
- Manage classroom resources and create a stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with other arts departments to integrate curriculum and enrich student experiences

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
