We are seeking a charismatic and professional individual to join our front of house team at The Arts Club, a prestigious private members' club in the heart of Mayfair.

As a Casual Evening Host, you will be the face of the club, providing exceptional service to our members and their guests. You will be responsible for ensuring strong member recognition, upholding current booking policies, and working collaboratively with the reception team to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the reception team to manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Host and escort members to their reserved tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maximize covers by answering incoming reservations calls and confirming bookings.
  • Stay up-to-date with current music programming, art exhibitions, and members' events to provide information and maximize booking opportunities.
  • Fulfill all reasonable requests from members to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
