Allen Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing laboratory supplies, coordinating uniform provisions, and maintaining hazardous waste management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of laboratory supplies.
- Develop and implement effective stock control and management procedures.
- Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk management initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Highly organized and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience in stock management, preferably in a Biotech or Pharmaceutical setting.
