Warner Leisure Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Holme Lacy House in Hereford. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Competitive Salary: £13.31 per hour, with the possibility of live-in opportunities available.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity in a beautiful and historic hotel setting. You will work closely with our dedicated team of chefs to deliver high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for cooking and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to work efficiently on multiple sections, including grill and larder, and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and plating dishes from hotel menus as required throughout your shift and according to customer requirements.
• Working on multiple sections, including grill and larder, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation.
