The Legal Support Team at Capstick Dale & Partners is seeking an exceptional Litigation Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Gidea Park. As a key member of our Litigation Department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced solicitors and support staff.

We are looking for an individual with strong organisational and communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a busy office environment. A strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to maintain confidentiality, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audio typing and ensuring all files are accurately prepared and stored.

• Preparing draft court documents for review and approval by solicitors.

• Managing a key dates diary to ensure timely and efficient preparation of court documents.

• Providing administrative support to the litigation team, including taking telephone calls and responding to client queries.

• Preparing court and counsel bundles for delivery and filing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

• Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
