Enterprise Business Solutions Strategist

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Model Analysis: Utilize business analysis tools and techniques to provide a comprehensive overview of our organization's value proposition, customer segments, revenue streams, and other critical components.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure alignment of projects and initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain business architecture models that reflect the strategic direction of our organization, creating roadmaps to ensure all business initiatives and projects are aligned with our long-term goals and strategies.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure business processes and projects comply with internal policies, standards, and external regulations.
- Business Case Development: Create detailed business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and resource requirements, presenting them to senior management to secure approval and funding.
- Architecture Design and Blueprinting: Develop and maintain detailed architecture blueprints that define the structure, integration, and deployment of our IT systems, illustrating how different components fit together and support business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: Several years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, enterprise architecture frameworks, and business process modelling tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Business Knowledge: A good understanding of the industry and business domain in which we operate, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Enterprise Architecture, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
