Do you have a passion for delivering culinary excellence? We are seeking talented individuals to join our culinary team as Chef De Partie & Sous Chefs in the North Warwickshire area.
Main Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, your main tasks will be to:
- Prepare high-quality food to menu specifications, adhering to Levy standards and procedures.
- Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
- Take pride in your work and share agreed standards with your team.
- Assist with new team members by providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Requirements
You will need relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3, current Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness. Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness are essential, as well as excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure.
