About the Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Estate Ambassador to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As a key member of our estate management team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents and their guests.

In this role, you will work closely with our security team to ensure the site is secure and well-maintained. You will also assist with daily administration tasks, including logging mail and deliveries, distributing keys, and maintaining accurate records.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming residents and guests and making them feel at home;
  • Assisting with daily administration tasks, including logging mail and deliveries;
  • Providing information and answering questions about the estate and its facilities;
  • Assisting with maintenance and repair tasks, including reporting any issues to the management team;
  • Coordinating access to the estate and monitoring alarms;
  • Providing a high level of customer service and acting as a courteous concierge when interacting with residents, visitors, and vendors;
  • Accurately documenting all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift and providing detailed reports to the management team;
  • Familiarizing yourself with fire safety procedures and being ready to initiate emergency evacuations when required;
  • Conducting regular risk assessments of the premises and suggesting security enhancements or improvements to prevent potential vulnerabilities;
  • Working collaboratively with other security team members and communicating effectively with other on-site personnel;
  • Ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and security regulations.
