Job Title: Plant Inspector - Gloucester

At Danny Sullivan Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Plant Inspector to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate them.
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance, including PUWER/LOLER regulations.
  • Identify and report any faults or damage to equipment, and implement repairs or maintenance as necessary.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation of plant inspections using the SCS Plant Documentation system.
  • Develop and implement best practices for plant maintenance and inspection.
  • Collaborate with General Foremen, shaft teams, and plant hire companies to resolve plant-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Valid relevant experience in assessing, conducting safety checks, and inspecting construction plant machinery.
  • CSCS/CPCS card.
