About the Role

At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, their visitors, and our staff.

The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, be personable and possess good practical skills. You should also be reliable, keen to use your attention to detail, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home
• Clean and tidy resident rooms, communal areas, and other public spaces
• Assist with laundry, linen changes, and cleaning supplies management
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient housekeeping operation
