Exciting Opportunity for Composite Fitters/Assembly Technicians

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Composites team as Composite Fitters/Assembly Technicians. Based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, you will have the opportunity to work on complex components and contribute to the success of our Formula One team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed trimming, bonding, and assembling of components to the highest standards.
  • Work meticulously in accordance with standard operating procedures and detailed engineering drawings.
  • Ensure precision and excellence in every task, with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Composite Assembly position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
  • Ideally apprentice-trained, holding an ONC/HNC qualification or equivalent.
  • Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
  • Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
  • Self-motivator with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to handle challenging situations and delivery pressures.
  • Comfortable to work night shift.
