SQL Database Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Database Administrator to join our team at Eames Consulting. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our entire MS-SQL server infrastructure across all environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain database security, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery solutions, including Microsoft Clustering and Availability Groups.
- Monitor and optimize database performance using native or third-party tools, such as RedGate SQL Monitor.
- Administer Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS), and Analytical Services (SSAS).
- Collaborate with the IT Architecture team to deliver the Infrastructure roadmap and support IT development teams.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell, SSIS, and T-SQL.
- Experience with database backup and recovery using native backup and Ola Hallengren maintenance solution.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
