About the Job:

We are seeking a highly experienced 3D Project Manager to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects in the water and wastewater treatment sector.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, within budget and specification, while maintaining exceptional safety and delivery quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project design, construction, commissioning, and delivery.
  • Maintain exceptional safety and delivery quality standards.
  • Implement Building Management Systems (BMS) across all project stages.
  • Promote good relationships with joint venture partners and suppliers.
  • Ensure sufficient trained personnel are available for the project.
  • Plan and monitor project delivery, including reviewing and approving the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
  • Manage commercial aspects of the project, including accurate forecasting and estimates.
  • Undertake continuous professional development to stay current on industry changes and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Project Management experience in managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction, commercial, or engineering related discipline.
  • Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent.
  • NEC Project Manager Accreditation.
  • Chartered with an engineering, commercial, or construction institution.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver to time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Strategic, operational, technical, and management skills.
  • Risk & Opportunity Management experience.
  • Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Contract Management skills, including Risk, Opportunities and issue management, Project Planning (schedule), Digital Delivery, Procurement (negotiations and management), Client, stakeholder and conflict management, Resource management, Change management, Quality management, Coaching and Providing Feedback.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
