About the Company:
The Logistics Partnership LLP is a well-established company specialising in the refitting of Superyachts providing high-quality customisation and conversion services. They are known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shipwright Specialist to join our team in Falmouth. This role involves working on high-end marine projects, performing tasks that ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all shipwright tasks to a high standard, work closely with the team to meet project deadlines, ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices, communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to achieve project goals, maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shipwright or similar marine-based role, strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship, familiarity with the marine industry and shipbuilding standards, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, excellent communication skills and teamwork, experience in working on high-end marine projects is desirable.
