Job Title: Key Stage 2 Teacher

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team at a reputable primary school in Barnet. As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons to a class of well-behaved and enthusiastic Year 5 pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Delivery: Design and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students, promoting academic excellence and social growth.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and safe learning environment, ensuring the effective use and storage of equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with other members of staff to achieve common goals and promote a positive school culture.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, ensuring the reliable implementation of these.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Experience: Have recent experience as a Year 5 Teacher in a primary school.
  • Classroom Management: Demonstrate a good level of classroom and behavior management.
