Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a key member of the Engineering Maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, and product equipment, and making improvements to save time and money.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and multi-skilled individual with either electrical or mechanical bias to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work shifts, handling planned and responsive maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and product equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance tasks as required
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in industrial maintenance, preferably with electrical or mechanical bias
  • An engineering qualification and relevant experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
