We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Conservation Specialist to join our Ecology Training UK Ltd team in the UK. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working on a wide range of ecological projects and surveys, as well as managing client relationships and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage ecological surveys, including protected species and habitats assessments
  • Prepare and review technical reports and ecology fee proposals
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies

This is a home-based role with occasional travel required to client premises and Antea Group offices in the UK. Some project locations may require overnight stays (up to 25%). Our competitive pay and benefits package includes a basic salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, company matched pension scheme, health and life insurance, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
