Machinist Technician

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at a leading manufacturer in Bridgnorth. This permanent role offers a competitive rate of £11.50 per hour, plus a 25% shift allowance, resulting in £14.37 per hour.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring they run smoothly, and reporting any issues. You will also load and unload the machine, perform visual inspections of products, and read from drawings. Your goal will be to produce high-quality parts while working within a state-of-the-art facility.

Key requirements for this role include a counterbalance forklift truck license, previous experience in a machine/workshop environment, and the ability to work using your own initiative. Additionally, you should possess good interpersonal skills, a methodical approach to work, and role adaptability. Previous CNC experience would be highly advantageous.
