We are looking for a talented SEN Teacher to join our team at Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students aged 2-10 with severe learning difficulties and other complex mental and physical needs.

About the Opportunity:

This position comes with an estimated annual salary of £45,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including Teachers Pension and an engaging work environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Teach and support a group of pupils, ensuring they receive high-quality education and care
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Establish a positive and productive classroom atmosphere that fosters student engagement and well-being
  • Regularly monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their educational journey
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our students

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid PGCE or equivalent teaching certification
  • Proven experience working with students who have complex or SEN needs
