Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Beauty & Fragrance Consultants to join our team in Stansted Airport. As a self-employed consultant, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shift patterns, but you must be available to work some weekends. Our business operates 365 days a year, and we have ongoing work throughout the year.
Main Responsibilities
- Represent a variety of Beauty & fragrance houses and introduce customers to the brands.
- Engage customers in the product and provide exceptional customer service.
- Deliver a seamless customer service experience, building customer loyalty.
- Meet sales targets and work cooperatively with team members to accomplish sales and service targets.
Requirements
- Experience selling luxury perfumes or beauty products.
- Outgoing and confident to engage with the public.
- Excellent timekeeping and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Highly motivated and able to function in a target environment.
- Excellent communication skills and strong sales experience.
- Second language is advantageous.
- Excellent grooming standards.
