NatPower UK is a global renewable energy company specialized in assets development. We are expanding our presence in the UK market, aiming to become one of the sector leaders within the next 3-5 years.

We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to join our team in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project pipelines from initial investment approval to construction. This includes interfacing with engineering, legal, and financial teams, as well as leading consenting processes and relationships with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in project management and construction delivery for wind, solar PV, and/or BESS in the UK. A good understanding of the electricity market, including grid operators and permitting regulations, is also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000 per annum, plus a cash bonus and profit participation (long-term incentive plan) defined by the group policies.

The company provides benefits in line with NatPower UK policies, including private healthcare and life insurance depending on the role level.

A probation period of three months applies to this position, with the starting date being ASAP.
