The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in a similar role, ideally 2+ years. You should also possess excellent communication skills, integrity, and honesty, as well as a natural ability to solve problems and work independently. Additionally, you should be willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the company.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take their career to the next level and work with a dynamic team. We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely carry out planned, reactive, and emergency work scopes as assigned from the maintenance plan within the CMMS system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks to maximize plant and equipment uptime and protect company assets.
  • Apply technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Required Qualifications: HNC in Engineering Practice/Mechanical Engineering, a Modern Apprenticeship completed, or an NVQ level 3 – Mechanical ECITB.
