Account Manager Opportunity

Gilchrist Recruitment Partnership is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Client Services Division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client accounts, manage budgets, and ensure profitability and growth.
  • Apply strategic thinking and insight to drive projects forward and address challenges.
  • Develop and maintain senior client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the account management, creative, and development teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Participate in new business, tenders, and pitches, bringing a creative and commercial mindset.
  • Manage client briefings, presentations, and project timelines.
  • Ensure financial management, estimating, quoting, and invoicing are accurate and timely.
  • Provide support to the team, reporting to a Senior Account Manager or Account Director.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of ROI.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
