Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Racing Car Dynamics Analyst to join our Vehicle Customer Performance Group at the Mercedes AMG-PETRONAS Formula One Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and practical background in Computer Science or Engineering, with proficiency in Matlab and Python programming languages.

You will be responsible for supporting the development of our Simulator, improving software and modelling processes to maximise efficiency, quality and robustness of the facility.

Our team is committed to making our team even more diverse and inclusive through our Accelerate 25 programme.

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus scheme, Mercedes car lease scheme, private medical cover, life assurance and 25 days holiday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the development of the Simulator, improving software and modelling processes to maximise efficiency, quality and robustness of the facility.
  • Carry out hardware and software updates, ensuring that the Simulator is an accurate representation of the physical car.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
