Established in Epsom, Lloyd Recruitment is a reputable leader in their industry. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth and success.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, inclusive of an attractive benefits package. This permanent role requires travel to the company's offices in Northants, Staffs, and Oxford on occasion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • External Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners, seek professional advice when required, and provide HR-related guidance to clients and external auditors.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to UK employment law and HR legislation, provide expert advice on employment cases, and update the Company handbook and policies as needed.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including designing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and inducting new starters.
  • Holiday and Absence Management: Oversee employee holiday requests, identify trends to improve utilisation, and manage long service awards and other employee recognition initiatives.
