About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at HRS Healthcare. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct direct observations, competency checks, and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting the required standards.
  • Carry out ongoing care needs and risk assessments, updating them as required in conjunction with the Nurse Manager.
  • Work closely with staff to identify potential gaps in rotas and ensure team members uphold high standards of care.
  • Attend team meetings and recognize areas of poor practice that need to be addressed.
Requirements
  • A supervisory or coaching qualification, or willingness to work towards an NVQ 3 Supervisory qualification.
  • Knowledge of tracheostomy, ventilation care, cough assist, and enteral feeding (extensive training provided).
  • Experience of working with adults or children with complex care needs.
  • Community experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan effectively with good time management.
  • The right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
