About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students in their educational and social development, providing individualized support to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring students receive the support they require to thrive.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social skills and relationships among students.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support services.
