Job Title: Deputy Home ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annumJob Description:Key Responsibilities:- Support and care for our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Manage a small staff team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent care standards.
- Oversee the implementation of care plans and independence programs, ensuring effective communication with the young person, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, education, or healthcare).
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
- Experience working with vulnerable children and young people, preferably in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
