We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer - Biomedical to join our Service Delivery Team. Reporting to the Northern Europe Service Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out service visits, covering Peak Scientific, Industrial and third-party products to maintain the local installed base in operational condition.
This role will involve:
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installations and training as well as general support in a professional, prompt and efficient manner to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Responding effectively and professionally to all customer requests ensuring that HQ Technical Support are informed to record onto Service Management System.
- Providing a clear and accurate service report for all work carried out.
- Maintaining personal stock of parts and carrying out inventory checks as requested.
- Establishing an effective relationship with Technical Support to ensure a high level of communication and co-operation for all aspects of customer and product support.
- Taking the lead in more complex installations involving third party products.
