Probate Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Probate Specialist to join our team at Upgrade Recruitment Ltd. As a Probate Specialist, you will work closely with our probate team to provide expert advice on probate procedures and applications for clients and other members of the team alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on probate procedures and applications for clients and other members of the team alike.
  • Complete and submit probate and registry applications on behalf of the company's clients.
  • Work closely with external solicitors on complex trust, estate or will issues.
  • Meet with clients in-person and on the phone to provide advice on the probate process.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's of probate experience.
  • A relevant legal degree, CILEX and/or Step Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • An empathetic approach to your probate work.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £36,000 plus benefits including a private pension scheme and the opportunity to further personal and professional development. This role is 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. This is an in-office role.
