About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team as an Onsite Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Incora at customer production sites and interact with customer representatives to maintain and replenish customer supply locations.
  • Coordinate with on-site functional area managers to ensure effective inventory management and resolution of inventory and product discrepancies.
  • Act as a liaison to monitor stock levels, resolve inventory and product discrepancies, and expedites critical needs in support of customer requirements.
  • Perform daily product to end-user location maintenance, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications.
  • Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements, including interaction with contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs.
  • Address on-site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma and proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer contact. You should have the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers, demonstrated excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard-free workplace.
