About the Role

As a Healthcare Market Access Specialist at Barrington James, you will play a key role in helping healthcare companies demonstrate the value of their products and services. This includes working closely with clients to develop and communicate evidence that supports pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a strong background in health economics, healthcare policy, or evidence evaluation. Your excellent communication and writing skills will enable you to effectively build and manage relationships with clients, leading projects and guiding junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and communicating evidence to support pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies
  • Building and managing relationships with clients
  • Leading projects and guiding junior team members

**What We're Looking For:**

  • A degree in life sciences, health economics, or public health (a postgraduate qualification is a plus)
  • Proven experience in market access, health economics, healthcare policy, or evidence evaluation
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong project leadership abilities and a strategic mindset
