Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts tailored to the specific needs of our projects, ensuring that they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: You will ensure that our projects are compliant with key contracts and identify potential risks, providing strategic advice to project owners to mitigate these risks.
- Legal Guidance and Support: You will provide timely and effective legal guidance and support to project owners, ensuring that they are aware of their obligations and responsibilities under the contracts.
- Project Management: You will work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, providing commercially viable solutions to complex issues that may arise.
