Job Opportunity at The Cambian Group

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Residential Services team.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people, while also supporting the development of our support workers.

You will be required to:

  • Meet the needs of our children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Plan team rotas and support the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in implementing the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
  • Have a driving license (although not essential)
