Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer to shape and lead our security strategy, responsible for the development, implementation, and management of security standards across both physical and logical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security frameworks and policies.
  • Lead all physical security technology and implementation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with industry certifications (PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
  • Provide subject matter expertise on information security.
  • Manage supplier agreements and relationships.
  • Organize security drills and scenario training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align security strategy with business needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of security management experience, covering both physical and logical security.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale security teams.
  • Experience with industry certifications (PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
  • Strong supplier and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement new security frameworks and policies.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
