Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our workforce development team at MI5. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by delivering high-quality employees and supporting our mission to keep the country safe.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration and diversity. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that we attract the best talent from diverse backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, talent spotting or HR, and be able to deliver recruitment campaigns within short timeframes. You will ensure that campaigns are compliant with HR policy and employment law, and deliver value for money.

We offer a competitive salary of £34,777 - £37,596 per annum (dependent on experience), as well as a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, opportunities to be recognized through our employee performance scheme, and a cycle to work scheme.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering training and development programs to support the growth and development of our employees. You will also work closely with our team to identify and address any barriers to equality, diversity and inclusion.
