Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Technician to join our team at Fortus Recruitment. As a leading specialist recruitment agency, we supply quality candidates to leading organisations throughout the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling, in residential properties.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential maintenance and a strong understanding of multi-trade skills.
  • Good social skills and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Asbestos awareness certificate and DBS check.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to use a company van.
  • Desirable qualifications in relevant trades.
