Systems Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Systems Manager to join our team at Ultra Maritime. As a key member of our engineering function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality systems engineering solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of System Engineers, providing technical direction and managing their work.
- Develop and implement systems engineering processes and tools to support current and future programmes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and technical excellence in system design and development.
- Develop and present technical proposals and estimates for associated effort, costs, and risks.
- Manage customers and external suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed processes and achievement of project objectives.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in leading and managing teams of engineers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
