Job Description:

As a Family Support Coordinator at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED, you will play a vital role in promoting the welfare of children and their parent(s) in a residential setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Record and report family interactions and observations accurately.
  • Support parents to address specific needs and promote individualised care plans.
  • Accompany families to appointments and activities, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct home visits and monitor families, ensuring safety and reporting concerns.
  • Participate in case discussions and team meetings.
  • Represent the company professionally in courts and other forums.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
  • A valid Clear DBS check.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Able to provide proof of right to work in the UK.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
