The successful candidate will be responsible for driving accuracy of the asset lifecycle stage in the Configuration Management System, maintaining the mapping of reported asset lifecycle stages, and identifying discrepancies in source data to drive remediation activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive improvement to 'evidenced' and 'accuracy' scores supported by Technology Asset Inventory reconciliation engine
  • Maintain the mapping of reported asset lifecycle stages in the Configuration Management System to the lifecycle stages defined in the ITAM Standard
  • Identify discrepancies in source data and drive remediation activity

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our EDC Asset Management department in Enterprise Tech & Services division. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of IT asset data in our Configuration Management System.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data quality and configuration management systems.
