We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Psychology Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young pupils who require support with SEN and SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the individual needs of each pupil
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
- Build strong relationships with pupils, their families, and other stakeholders
