Senior EIA Consultant Opportunity

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic business with significant growth plans ahead. As a Senior EIA Consultant, you will work with a range of internal technical environmental specialists and designers to manage environmental inputs to project designs and assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage environmental inputs to project designs and assessments
  • Work with internal technical environmental specialists and designers
  • Prepare fee proposals and author environmental reports and EIA documentation
  • Liaise with clients and sub-consultants
  • Contribute to the development of environmental strategies and assessments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant environmental degree-level qualification in EIA or a similar field
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of EIA processes and relevant UK legislation
  • Good understanding of technical environmental disciplines
  • Experience of producing environmental reports and EIA documentation
  • Excellent verbal and report writing skills
  • An organised and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an established team
  • Confidence when engaging with a wide variety of stakeholder groups
