We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our client, a renowned housebuilder based in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Assistant Site Managers and full site teams on large new build residential schemes.


The projects comprise circa 230 units built with timber frame and circa 270 units consisting of RC frame and traditional build, with a combined value of approximately £50m. Our client is looking for a Site Manager who can lead by example, motivate the site team, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



About the Role

  • Lead a team of Assistant Site Managers and full site teams
  • Manage multiple phases of large residential schemes
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and contractors
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
  • Experience of RC frame, timber frame, and traditional construction methods
  • Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
