Asbestos Analyst Job in Durham

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Asbestos Analysts, covering high-profile contracts in North-based locations.

Job Overview:
  • This role involves conducting asbestos surveys in domestic, commercial, and industrial settings.
Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct management, refurbishment & demolition surveys across various premises.
  2. Perform 4-stage clearance and air monitoring duties.
  3. Compile detailed reports with high-quality data.
  4. Supervise on-site contractors to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Competence in performing R&D surveys up to commercial level is essential.
  • Authorization for air monitoring and 4 Stage Clearances is required.
  • A full UK driving license with flexible travel arrangements is necessary.
  • Flexible working hours, including out-of-hours and weekend shifts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Security clearance for sensitive projects.
