Overview
We are seeking a skilled Trade Supervisor to join our team at Screwfix. As a Trade Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Trade customers, including plumbers and electricians.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers – you will work closely with our Trade customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Run your own business within a business – you will take ownership of your sales targets, customer onboarding, and team management.
- Lead and inspire your team – you will guide and coach your team to deliver exceptional results and build a reputation for excellence.
