Job Description

Purpose:

The role of Senior Operational Resilience Manager at Pay Limited involves providing oversight over the company's Resilience Framework, ensuring second-line assurance that operational resilience requirements are met. This includes working in conjunction with senior leadership teams and resilience and continuity teams across the organisation to review, map, and assess Important Business Services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To promote the development, maturity, and implementation of the Resilience Framework across Pay Limited, considering its role as a systemic risk manager, PSO, and FMI.
  • To support and influence the business in transitioning to and embedding operational resilience in line with the Bank of England Operational Resilience Policy.
  • To fully integrate operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management into all business and operational processes through the development of quality management systems and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To increase awareness of operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management across Pay Limited by leading the development and implementation of targeted learning programs and awareness campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in 2LoD Financial Services operational resilience, preferably supported by extensive payments industry knowledge.
  • In-depth understanding and practical application of the Bank of England policy for operational resilience.
  • CBCI or MBCI professional accreditation or evidenced work experience in a role operating at this level of expertise.
