About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at SIXT UK. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your branch, helping to drive growth and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in budget management and lead the team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage the SIXT premium vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
  • Develop new business and build relationships with local customers and partners
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the retail, hotel, catering, or hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • A valid UK driving license and a minimum of 12 months' driving experience
