Senior Dialysis Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Dialysis Nurse to join their team in a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic in South West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and skilled nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care and mentoring junior staff members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renal nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualised care to patients while promoting patient-focused care.
- Mentoring and assisting team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Providing safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and external organisations.
- Leading shifts and promoting effective communication with patients, users, and providers.
- Adhering to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and assisting in their implementation and review.
- Continuously developing knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high-quality care to renal patients.
- Demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based practice and assisting in the evaluation of evidence to improve patient care.
