Learning Support Assistant Specialist

Prospero Teaching are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work in a reputable primary school in Blackburn. The ideal candidate will have the ability to support both KS1 and KS2 pupils with challenging behaviour on a 1-1 basis, demonstrating a proactive and consistent approach.
The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with students, teachers and parents. They will also need to be able to manage classroom behaviour, maintain a positive learning environment and provide individual support to students as needed.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
