About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Roseside care home in Liverpool. This is a full-time position with 36-42-48 hours per week available, offering a competitive rate of £23.33 per hour.

As Clinical Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our nursing team and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing team at Roseside care home
  • Develop and implement care plans for residents
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain high standards of care and adhering to regulatory requirements
